Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund on the Debt Defense Kit, with the conditions below.

Eligible for refund

• You purchased the kit within the last 7 days and
• You have not used the templates, for example, you have not sent any of the letters to a debt collector or used the phone script in a recorded call.

Not eligible for refund

• Purchases older than 7 days
• Purchases where the templates have been used (sent to a collector, filed in a complaint, etc.)
• Refund requests citing reasons unrelated to the kit (for example, a collector continued contact despite the letters; outcomes are not guaranteed, see our disclaimer)

How to request a refund

Email our support address with your order number and a brief reason. Refunds are typically processed within three business days back to the original payment method.

Why this policy exists

The Defense Kit contains complete, ready-to-send legal templates. Once a template has been sent to a collector or used in a complaint, the value has been delivered. The 7-day “unused” window gives you a meaningful window to evaluate the kit while being fair to the publisher.
