What we collect

  • Email addresses if you sign up for the newsletter or download a free lead magnet.
  • Purchase information (name, email, payment tokens) processed by our checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy) when you buy the Defense Kit. We do not store credit card numbers.
  • Anonymous analytics on page visits and tool usage. We use a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not track individuals across sites.

What our tools store

All free tools on this site (statute of limitations checker, response analyzer, validation tracker, snowball calculator, settlement calculator, credit utilization calculator) run entirely in your browser. None of the data you enter is sent to our servers or stored.

The two letter generators (validation letter generator and credit bureau dispute generator) also run entirely in your browser by default, your inputs and the generated letters are not sent anywhere unless you click the optional “Email me a copy” button. If you do, the letter is delivered to you via our transactional email provider (Loops); we do not retain the letter on our own servers. The email itself is transmitted by our email provider under their data-processing terms. The opt-in is always your active choice, leaving the button alone keeps the tool fully browser-only.

Cookies and advertising

This site may serve advertisements through Google AdSense or similar networks. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

How we use your information
